An Adoption Life Book is a record of your life that uses words, photos, graphics, your artwork from school, a picture of your foster family, birth family or maybe a piece of your first "blanky."

An Adoption Life Book includes information about your birth parents and adoptive family. It usually starts with your birth and continues to track the important moments in your life, including joining your adoptive family.
